I had not received the package due to mailing issues at the post office. However, when I was able to reach out to the seller, she was absolutely wonderful. She offered to resend the items and she was very kind. Very polite. Very helpful. On the day she was supposed to mail them back out I actually received them in the mail. Excellent customer service feels like an excellent human. Highly recommend.
I still haven't received the package, and according to Shop it hasn't even shipped.
